Rhona K. DiCamillo

Rhona started her career in 1990 as a lawyer in the City of Chicago’s Law Department. In 1994 Rhona joined the City’s Department of Aviation where as Deputy Commissioner she had responsibilities for both Midway and O’Hare airports, including all airport properties, use agreement negotiations, airline and tenant relations, and bond financings.  In 2002, she and Lynn Goldschmidt formed D+G Consulting Group (which later merged with MAC Consulting to form DKMG) to provide strategic and financial consulting services to airports.

Julie A. Mattlin

Julie joined Aviation Planning Associates (later PB Aviation) in 1985  where she was responsible for a team of six consultants that provided services to more than 50 airports nationwide. In 2004, she formed MAC Consulting, LLC (which later merged into DKMG) to provide financial consulting services to the transportation industry, with special emphasis on aviation. Julie's areas of expertise include financial feasibility studies, airline rates and charges, master plan financial chapters and computerized financial modeling.
